Wonderful, careful, personable, movers 7/30/2006

I have used Unicorn Movers for three moves and each time I do I wish I was planning to move again...even during the move! They are nice, fast, freindly, they have never broken are marred anything. The guys they send are so freindly. more

I should have hired a monkey!!! 5/10/2006

Serioulsy though. These guys were not careful with any of my furniture. The price was less than other companies, but I see why!! If you are looking for someone cheap who will thow around your belongings go with them. I should have bribed a few college kids with some beer. They probably would have been more careful. This is only after I was stood up by another company the day before. Pros: Nothing Cons: Not careful, English is a subject, Didn't care more

Would definitely use them again... 1/12/2006

This was the first time I used a mover so I was a bit nervous, but Unicorn Movers were very helpful and were able to give me a binding estimate. They adjusted the estimate a day before the move because I discovered that I had fewer boxes. Also, they were on time and the movers were great guys. more

Stress & hassle free movers 1/2/2003

My fiancée and I used Unicorn Moving to consolidate two separate apartments into our new apartment. With the holidays right around the corner, we were looking for a reasonably priced mover. After researching movers online, requesting quotes, and calling several local movers I decided on using Unicorn Moving because of the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Although not the cheapest mover in town, Unicorn was worth the few extra dollars when I consider the quality of service. Also, Unicorn Moving was able to set up the move on one of the two days my fiancée and I would be available. All this only four days before the move, and a week before Christmas! Thank you Unicorn Moving for making our holiday time move stress & hassle free. more

Most caring movers I've ever seen 10/18/2002

These guys are wonderful. They truly handled everything they moved almost as if it were their own. I definatley am thankful for the referral that my friend gave me to use them. Trust me, if you need to move, call Unicorn! :) more

a positive experience 9/27/2002

I just used Unicorn Moving for the second time. They came last week and packed my house and came the next day and moved us. This was a large move and the movers handled themselves very professionally. I don't think I was the easiest person to deal with because I was concerned about our furniture being handled correctly. They soon instilled confidence when I saw how carefully they were with my belongings. I have referred Unicorn in the past and will continue in the future. I hope that this will by my last move for a very long time put if not they will be my only call. Pros: attitude, care, promptness more

Use Unicorn! 9/27/2002

Unicorn moving was prompt (actually there 15 minutes early). The movers were personable. We honestly did not think they (the two men sent out) would be able to get our heavy, oak wall units upstairs at our new house, and within minutes they were set up and ready to go. We were amazed. It was a quick move and the price was definitely right. Use Unicorn! more

When moving, make Unicorn your 1st call! 9/4/2002

Disregard what the doubters have said! My experience with Unicorn Moving was truly the best I've ever had with a moving company. Many times in the past, my experience has been bad from the start. Not so with these guys. The help that I recieved from the office staff was quite exceptional. The moving tips they gave were a life-saver. From the instant the movers arrived, I was delighted! They arrived within the 2 hour window that I was given. They handled my furniture & belongings with the care that I was promised. It's no wonder that Unicorn Moving was so highly recommended to me by the various sources that I talked to. If you ever need to move ANYTHING, make Unicorn your FIRST call! Pros: Attitude, Well Priced, Helpful Cons: None that overshadow, any of the Pros! more

where are you people? 8/9/2002

Well, its 230pm and the movers were supposed to be here at 11am. I have called about 5 times, each time I get the same response: ""I cant get a hold of the movers. I will call you as soon as I get ahold of them."" No calls. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I can't believe that citysearch rated this company so high. Call somebody else! Cons: NOT ON TIME, NOT HELPFUL more

Just like I was promised... 6/2/2002

The man that took my information over the phone for my move gave me a really good impression of their company. He promised that the movers were ""professionals""...and he was right. They arrived on time, were courteous with my elderly mother and her belongings, didn't flinch twice at her somewhat incessant demands, and did it all with a smile. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you Unicorn. I'll definitely be passing your name on to my friends! more
