Uncle's Pizzeria

After eating at Uncles, the positive reviews here seem suspect. This is just another attempt to cheap out on ingredients and label it ""New York"" style pizza. We've spent time in New York. Our server would rather sit at the bar and chat, than help anyone. Unless you want a headache, don't bother with the included wine deal. The funniest part of our visit was the ""Dough Show"". Like clock work, when someone would come in, a guy in the back popped out and started whirling dough around-what a gimmick. This place lives off of unsuspecting tourist -like us; save your time and money, try somewhere else. more

Hands down, Uncle's is the best classic east coast styled pizzeria in northern Colorado... if not the entire state. The crust is thin and delicious, the sauce is perfectly seasoned and the cheese is exactly what you should have on true neopolitan pizza. A little secret... they also have outstanding traditional Italian cheese cake! Myself and my extended family are in this place at least once a week. They offer a great selection of local micro brew beer on tap and have great combo meal specials. You can't go wrong with the food and the crew behind the counter is fantastic too! more

If you want a real treat try Uncles Pizzeria in Fort Collins, CO. Uncles has the best prepared New York style Pizzas anywhere in the area. They offer just about any topping you can imagine at sensible prices. This is an excellent family restaurant that will cater to all pizza loving desires. I love these freshly made pizza pies! This is not the greasy stuff or the cardboard tasting crusts you get from the pizza chains. No fast food junk food here. All the ingredients are fresh and prepared on the spot. The restaurant is super clean, open and comfortable for a date night or family night. My 5 year old loves watching the pizza guys toss and twirl the dough into big, beautiful pies. I like the open kitchen so I can see how clean the area is where my food is being prepared. The Raspberry Spinach salad is a gourmet treat for a pizza restaurant. And the homemade cheesecake is a WOW (you can buy a whole one, too! ) There are also yummy sandwiches to choose from. This is how pizza was meant to be--a wholesome combination of fresh meats, veggies and cheeses on a light, fresh dough, baked to order fresh from the oven. And if I'm in a hurry, I can pop in and grab just a single slice to go. Thanks, Uncles, for keeping it fresh! A wonderful family friendly restaurant with owner and staff dedicated to making sure their customers receive the best meal at an excellent price. Warm, and friendly atmosphere. Everything cooked fresh on site. If you like New York style pizza, this is the only place in Fort Collins that will serve what you are looking for. Pros: Plenty of Parking, Easy access, excellent hours, best food Cons: None, I love this place and its staff more
