I have been going here for years and I am in love with the food and waitstaff here. The place is cozy with some nice decorations on the walls but the booths are kind of ugly and not very comfortable when sitting there for a long time...but the food and conversations make it all better. Starting with soups I highly recommend the House Special Soup. It has shrimp, pork, shrimp with mix veggies and wontons in a nice clean broth and is enough for 2 people. The Chicken Dumpling soup is also enough for two and consist of homemade chicken/shrimp dumplings with napa and snow peas. So good. Appetizers I like are the Scallion Pancakes, the giant Siu Mei Dim Sum Dumplings served in a steamed basket, Chicken Wings are fried lightly but still crispy, and the Fried Shrimp Dumpling...for some reason not on their takeout menu but you can still order it out. 6 made to order dumplings served with their famous Marnier sauce. The Grand Marnier Prawns are to die for. Big prawns tossed in Marnier sauce with broccoli and walnuts. The Stuff Eggplant is also something else, served with a black bean sauce stuffed and pork and shrimp. Some other excellent dishes are the Chow Fun noodles, Curry Singapore Noodles, Orange Chicken, Beijing Chicken, General Tso's Chicken (I always pay the $1 to upgrade to white meat only), Mongolian Beef, Crispy Shrimp with a spicy tomato sauce, the Roast Duck, and the Whole Crispy Snapper. They are also very good with altering ingredients for special diets. Things can be made without oil, sugar, soy sauce, pretty much anything you want can be made here. They also serve brown rice here at no extra charge and an Early Bird Special 6 days a week.
