Clean Carpets! 10/19/2008

I was very happy to see how clean everything turned out. The capet was dry in a few hours and it smells really good too. This is a very nice service company that I will use again. Pros: They were able to take out the red stains that Stanley Steemer couldn't get out more

If you have been looking for a company that can do more than just clean carpets, you really need to look into hiring Ultra Steam. We have been trying out carpet cleaners to find the one who can take out stains in our carpeting and we finally found one. Ultra Steam really came through for us when we had them clean our family room, it was an embarrasing mess with dog stains. The cleaner was REALLY nice and removed all of the stains and let us know what it was going to cost before he even started the work. It took nearly two hours and the room was close to dry when he was gone. NOT ONE COMPANY that we had used took that much time and care to get it done. It has been 3 weeks since we had that room cleaned and it still looks wonderful and the smell never came back, unlike the speed cleaners that we used. I reccomend that you try this company and you be the judge. Pros: They don't rush in and out, carpeting was dry by the end of the day more

Polite and knowledgable, WOW! 4/21/2008

I definately suggest Ultra Steam Carpet Cleaners for your business or home. We just had our office cleaned with this company and the man was very patient with the staff as we weren't prepared for such a meticulous cleaning job. We were advised on how to properly care for our carpets and signed up for regular maintenance so it will always stay clean. The follow up call we recieved the next day insured me that we made the right choice. I also had them come to my home a few days ago to clean our leather furniture and carpet. Great job!!! I finally know a good company that I can pass on to my family & friends. Pros: Very inteligent person that cares about the work that is being done more

We thought that we would have to replace our family room carpet but now it looks so good,we won't have to. This man got the stains out! It was even dry when he left! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I was so impressed that you came out to clean our whole house on Saturday. Showed up on time and wearing a clean uniform. \r \r The service provided was equally impressive. I was very surprised that they vacuumed all the carpet, even along the edges. I NEVER had any carpet cleaner do that before. I feel like your company came to my rescue. I was having a hard time finding someone as attentative and polite as you. My carpets have never looked this good since they were put in and my sofa and loveseat look brand new again. I was very impressed that all of the carpets were clean and dry when you left. I actually got a card from a friend but forgot about it until looking on the web for a carpet cleaner reminded me. From the beginning to end I thought that the service was fantastic! Thank you for making my carpets look new again!!! All the stains are gone and the old leather chair looks and feels like it did when it was new. If you want to be treated fairly and get the best job done, then pick Ultra Steam. You definately get your money's worth. I asked questions and learned important information on an otherwise boring subject. They showed me how to remove stains and the best stuff to use to get them out. I thought that was neat. Now they are the guys I'm using from now on. A+ Keep up the great work, we need more services like this in the world. Pros: they vacuum, they get out stains, dries really fast more

I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and i have to say that Ultra Steam is the best I have tried. I recently had a big horrible stain in my carpet, and nobody could get it out, nobody till I tried Ultra Steam. I recommend them. more

I have used 5 different carpet cleaners out there and Ultra Steam is the very best that I had. I must say that I was very sceptical at first and was a little worried about the price. But when the job was finished, the price was the last thing on my mind. The man was able to get out all of the stains from my carpet and it looks like new!!! I have had my carpets done by other companies but they didnt compare to the job ultra steam did. Not only was the individual that did the job very personable yet professional, the job was done in an efficient manner and turned out beautifully. You can not go wrong by calling Ultrasteam. This guy is very knowledgeable and does a super job. Scheduling an appointment has never been a problem. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and his prices are great! He is professional and quick. Will definately use his services again. AAA++ more
