We began looking for travel trailers in the area around Tacoma, Washington where we live. We found the North Trails series oftrailers to be the brand that suited our needs and quality tastes the best-obviously along with the affordability factor. Locally we were constrained to the North Trails, 28 feet and below as the local dealers carried nothing larger in a North Trails model. We were okay with a 28 foot North Trails but wanted to look at a 30 foot trailer with a larger slide out capability to see ifwe were truly satisfied with a smaller trailer. An internet search led us to U-Neek RV in Kelso, Washington where they had a 30 foot North Trails travel trailer. We drove down and were met by Ralph Lessante. Ralph provided a comparison tour of the various North Trails they had in stock to include the 30 RLSS that we wanted to see. From the moment we stepped into the trailer, we were convinced we wanted the 30 foot RLSS model. There was no pressure from Ralph or any of the other members of the U-Neek RV. We drove home satisfied with our search. Given our pull truck is a Nissan Titan, I went to our trusted Nissan service manager, laid the sales brochures out for him to inspect GVW, empty weight, and tongue weight of three North Trails models that fit our needs and pocket book. The Nissan dealer assured us that the Titan would easily pull the 30 foot trailer as well as the other models. We contacted Ralph, began the purchase process over the internet, arranged financing and when everything fell into place, we drove back down to Kelso for our orientation tour. Ralph met us, got us connected with the service department who provided the tour and then turned us loose. After the orientation session, he was there for us to answer other questions. We picked the trailer up at a later date due to a scheduled trip to Michigan. On the appointed date, we picked up our trailer and again Ralph was there to assist us in doing our first ever travel trailer hookup, giving us helpful hints as we progressed. We found the experience working with Ralph to be excellent. No pressure! No BS! Encouraged us to check with the Nissan dealer about our truck's towing capabilities without trying to sell us based on his 'opinion' or working knowledge of our truck. We continue to work with U-Neek RV for our trailer needs and will be back this winter to have it winterized by their staff even though it is a 150 mile round trip for us. And let us not forget, the selling price of our trailer was extremely fair and lower than other dealers that we checked pricing with.
