I wanted to take the time to describe our family's experiences at U-Neek RV center and especially the sales consultant that patiently assisted my family. The whole experience was a very enjoyable and relaxing, at no time did we feel that we were under any pressure from Ralph in making a decision to buy from them. My family fIrst stopped at U-Neek RV center in the spring of 2009 and looked at several trailers. Ralph Lessante was the sales consultant that showed us around the sales lot and answered many question over a period of a couple of hours. Our fmal decision at that time to not purchase a new trailer was made only due to the economy and uncertain times. We returned to U-Neek RV center again in November of 2009 and once again Ralph walked our family through the sales lot and allowe,d us to view several different models multiple times patiently and answered all of our questions with the utmost professionalism. During the fIrst visit Ralph made a lasting impression on my wife and me, we knew that when it was time to purchase a new trailer he would be the sales consultant we wanted to assist us with the purchase. U-Neek RV will be our dealership ofchoice in the futur. Thank You Ralph. See you down the road.
