This was one of the first courses I played on. It is a nine hole, par 3 course which means that each hole is only like 100 yards long. It is perfect for a person to try out a swing and get the feeling of actual golfing. The course is maintained, not well, but it doesn't look like trash. The only downside to the course is the tee boxes have mats that you have to hit off of, like at a driving range. It's annoying, but you can always tee off on the side of it like I did. Twin Lakes is perfect for a young kid to start out on, and I recommend at least one try on this course before hitting a real course.
