Went in for an oil change. They made some recommendations for some other items to consider and were not "pushy" nor did they make me feel guilty like some other auto shops do.

Very pleased with service 12/29/2013

Twin City Tire in Eden Prairie put new tires on my car. They were professional and kept me appraised of the steps in the process and how long each step would take. I would recommend them. more

The real deal 12/25/2013

To make a long story short, I ended up at TC Tire by accident thinking it was a competitor's shop. They answered my questions re. tires and a new battery and with that in mind I then drove over to "X" by the EP Mall. Turns out TC Tires price was $100 cheaper to merely install a battery (the competition said it would be an additional fee because the battery was in a tough spot.) As a female who's expertise does not lie in automobile mechanics, I would've fallen for this ruse and paid way over. So back I went to TC tire where the service is no nonsense and just what I needed. Dean and Bill, thank you!!! more

Reliable, honest service 12/18/2013

Looked a my wife's car which had tangled with some snowbanks. Inspection, oil change tire rotation and alignment check took about two hrs, which was great since I was a walk-in. more

Last Sat I booked for an oil change, due to weather issue and they had a super busy day, and Larry explained to me that there was 1 hour behind for all schedule and but they did their best got my car oil change within 45 mins. They tried hard. Great service! more
