Watch out, they are thieves here!!! 10/2/2011

I purchased a gift certificate to this location and used it once a few months ago. The gift certificate has no expiration on it and I was never informed of any date apon which the certificate would expire, however when I went in yesterday the girl at the booth said she didn't know if they were still good. She went and got the owner who came to my car and told me all gift certificates expired ""yesterday."" I told her she cannot do that when the certificate does not have an expiration date on that, and she said she is the owner and can do what she wants. Horrible customer service, and people performing criminal acts. She has my money, but I cannot get the services I paid for.\r The best part is she wanted to take my certificate and ""throw it away"" for me because it is not valid. I said no way will I let you take the evidence I have of you cheating me out of my money, I plan to pursue legal action, but hope to prevent any of you out there from getting screwed out of your money! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! more

Customer Service over the phone sucks! Rude, Rude, Rude! 7/6/2011

Called inquiring about the service and the guy answering the phone assumed I knew ALL about their business, which is why I was calling. He said figure out what you want first!! I had to actually go online to see what their services were! ewww!!! rude! will let Groupon know, not to use them again!!!! more

C'Mon Guys! 6/17/2011

I second a previous reviewer who complained that the set up was confusing. I had to go back and forth between the garage where they were doing the detailing to the little booth where the girl takes your money. I explained to both of them that we had been on a road trip and wanted to get the nasty layer of bugs off the surface when they did the cleaning, even ordered their custom level option to ensure some level of quality and what's the one thing they didn't do? Yep, still had bugs on the car surface after they finished. The kid with the brush did a half-hearted once over - probably assuming the machines would do all the work - and I know from personal experience, you really have to SCRUB to get bugs off. He let the car go through the wash anyway; the water jets were too weak, long story short, the bugs got cooked onto the surface. The girl in the booth was very persuasive about getting the hand wax, but thank God I declined--I would have had bugs waxed into my car. We have taken our car to other places to get washed elsewhere with the car in a similar condition always looking mint in condition afterwards- it never looked this bad, I sadly may have been able to do a better job myself at a self serve car wash. I felt like I had wasted my money as I will now have to clean the bugs off myself. I won't go back there again. more

Great JOB. Inside and out 9/15/2010

I was hesitant to try this place, based on the reviews but decided to give it a chance. They were AWESOME. Yep, it took a little time (about an hour) but they let me know upfront and the SUV was DIRTY. My husband said he thinks they did a better job than the dealer did when we bought it. I will absolutely go back. Great job. Great service, Great price. And right in my neighborhood. Thanks guys. more

Decent Interior Detail, Truly Dreadful Service Experience 9/12/2010

I found a deal for this place, which was already really inexpensive, so I decided to take a chance. To begin with, the setup is confusing -- you hardly know where you go when you pull in, and there are no signs to direct you. The employees are apathetic about the quality of service they are providing. Do not expect to be treated like they care that you are there, because they don't really seem to. Their website claimed that they would have you out in half an hour, but when I finally got the attention of a staff member, I was told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I had someone pick me up and came back almost 2 hours later to get the car, at which time an employee stuck the mats back in my car, positively dripping wet (he didn't even shake them off), and hung around waiting for a tip. When I talked to a friend about this place, she told me that her experience there was equally unpleasant. I would not go back. Pros: Inexpensive, pretty good detail on interior of the car Cons: Confusing setup, Terrible terrible customer service, takes much longer than advertised, sopping wet mats, apathetic teenage staff more

Very good, but don't expect miracles 9/30/2008

I've had two vehicles cleaned here. Both had the ""Interior Detail"" package. The first was a 2001 Honda Accord with leather seats. They did a fantastic job.\r \r A couple days ago, I took my 1998 Jeep Cherokee for the same thing. I was getting ready to sell it, and needed it looking good. Admittedly, the Jeep was filthy. It is the car that goes camping, has the dog transported in it, and very rarely gets washed. The exterior was cleaned pretty well, although they didn't wipe down the door jambs, pillars, etc. The interior was a different story. They did a marginal job. The windows didn't get rolled down to clean the top edge, the cupholders weren't wiped down very well, and seats didn't get very clean. There was tons of dog hair left. Although I didn't expect miracles with the dog hair, it was not very thorough. My wife and I ended up spending another couple hours cleaning the seats, vacuuming, and wiping stuff down.\r \r Bottom line: if you keep your cars fairly clean and want a periodic ""mini-detail"", it is well worth it. If you have a big project, you might as well do it yourself or pony up for a real $150-200 detail job. Pros: Reasonable cost Cons: Not for really dirty vehicles more

Turbo Express did a great job! 6/25/2007

I got a detail at Turbo express this week-end. They did a fantastic job. It was quicker than at other places. The car came back cleaner than I have ever seen it. It was like it was new. The menu there was great because you could get the services you need. Sometimes you don't need your car vacumed sometimes you do. Prices were resonable. You should try it. more
