I recently had an emergency with my vehicle. I phoned Tune Tech Downtown on Saturday morning and had my Explorer towed to them. It was ready to be picked up that afternoon. I know how busy they are and really appreciate how quickly I was able to get my vehicle back. more

No matter how business the employees are they treat everyone with great customer service. I also feel confident when I take my vehicle in that they will give me good advice and not try to sell me something I don't need. Just an oil change 5/27/2013

As a woman I hate taking my care in for service because I can see the dollar signs in the eyes of the clerk when I enter the shop alone. I haven't experienced that at tunetech, but I am a little disappointed because I was told my serpentine belt had never been changed and probably needed to be. It had been changed. more

For years I have received excellent service at Downtown Tune Tech. Pat and his crew have always done a great job of diagnosis and repair. The estimate is usually very accurate. I have never been blind-sided with unexpected charges. They are very up front. They have always finished the job in the time frame they estimated. I trust their honesty and integrity. more
