BAD LIP INJECTION RESULTS!!! I went to Dr Cuzalina for temporary lip filler. He talked me into silicone injections because the results are permanent. He said he would do a little at a time (each visit) so there wouldn't be any surprises. He said if it doesn't look even then he will add more. I went back in for 8 years as he tried to fix my lips. He add more silicone on some visits trying to even them out. Other visits he injected steriods in my lips to get rid of tissue. I finally gave up on him ever being able to fix my lips & quit going back. I heard that what he did to me for 8 years was hurting me not helping!!! I will have more future problems! :( Literally, I look like Marg Simpson!!!! I have to photoshop all of my pictures and pics my kids take of me in order for them to look decent enough to put online. I'm looking to find a good Dr to fix my lips. Please e-mail me if you have any recommendations. more

I went to Tulsa Surgical arts in tulsa for a Rhinoplasty and some liposuction around the cheeks and neck. After visiting with Dr. Cuzalina approximately 5 times he made a typical, or non-typical, remark that he has patients lined up in the back and he really doesnt need the money if i am really not interested in the procedure. He came off as a pretty nice guy during most of the meetings, but this set off a red flag. I decided to go ahead with the surgeries anyways because he seemed genuinely nice at the time. In the preparation room,before the surgery, i asked the nurse that if i didnt like what was done with my face, or if it needed revision, how would the process work. She said that if there was anything i didnt like about my nose after the procedure Cuzalina would fix it. Results : after 6 total visits he still didnt do what i ask. Whats more, he kept 5 other people in the room with him during our conversations, said what he wanted to say, then left. Injected one side of my face with a steroid that made my cheek sink in, but didnt do the other, now one side is more defined. He didnt offer to fix anything, and pretty much blew me off. For the love of your body, dont pick a surgeon because someone else recommends him or because he comes off genuinely nice...thats not enough. And dont be fooled by anything the surgeon or his staff says. Get it all in writing and if he comes off pushy walk out of his office. more

Trying to save face here-wish someone could have saved mine... I'm a boomer & like most don't feel like it -act like it or live that way -so who wants to look like a boomer -right! So ....I opted for a facelift -it didn't look so great -then it fell 6 months out & to my dismay I was basically told too bad so sad. While angelo did say he'd be happy to try again he was also going to charge again! OH- and that he would only correct the problem if I purchased & installed a chin impant-what?? I've been to several Plastic Surgeons since (interveiwing for the repair work) and not a one would but an impant in my face if I wanted it....kinda makes you wonder. Learned my leson - just passing along my new found wisdom.....and that my friend is the difference between a plastic surgeon and a cosmetic surgeon. more
