The owner Alissa has the most amazing skills when it comes to Brazilian bikini waxing. Although she has left to open a spa in Las Vegas, she has passed her skills onto the next generation and they are just as good. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. My friend & I gave this place a try & we were both very satisfied with the service we received here. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly with friendly smiles & directed to the massage rooms with no wait. The spa is small, but cozy with a variety of plants & asian decor. The physical therapist that saw me was Offy who gave me a great massage. She was courteous, warm, & definitely a skilled professional. The prices were a good value compared to other places. I was asked if I planned on returning. I said yes, & was offered packages that would save me money on future trips. I was not pressured into buying extra products or services. I got to alot of spas etc. and found this to be an excellent value and services. THeir packages are prices so low its unbelievable! Mooky the receptionist is so sweet and helpful. The space is little small but I was the only one there. Plus they were willing to squeeze me in at the last minute. So refreshing - no attitude, no big sell, no pressure. Love it. My cousin held her bachelorette party here in Jan03 and it was a fantastic experience. For our group of about 10, they shut own the spa for the afternoon just for us. Not only were we able to have our own private party, but the ladies let us have food delivered and set up. The service and quality of service were both great. I truly felt pampered.
