Everything is excellent. I have been using them for years and I wouldn't keep calling them if I didn't think they were the best place to go to. Trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Went to Troy's because of a freinds recommendation. They were able to look at my car without and appointment and within 30 minutes had an estimate prepared! The manager Larry presented their findings, and did a great job of explaining my options. He gave me plenty of time to decide what I'd like to do. They gave me a ride home and called as promised when the car was ready. The cost of repairs was exactly what they said it would be. I would recommend Troy's because of their exceptional customer service! Troy the owner was even there. It's nice to work with a family owned local business! more

Bad Customer Service 10/19/2010

This business is still advertising as Tire Factory on their signs which is where I purchased my tires and when I went to get my tires rotated they would not honor it. The guy was a total jerk. I went over to Les Schwab and they did it for free!! I would not recommend this business at all. more

I have had Troy's Tire fix my car for many years and have always been pleased with the service. They actually surprised me with a washed car the last time I was in! Not sure why the one person didn't take him up on his offer to fix the air conditioning problem, how did that solve anything? Go into Troys next time and ask for his wife, she's a sweet lady! more

They Want You! 7/26/2006

I have bought tires on line and had Troy's mount and balanced the tires. They have also rotated the tires on the car with no hassle. I have had them do lube, oil and filter and they also check for potential problems and give you a print out of what they find with price to fix with no pressure to buy. Great customer service!!!! PROS: Fast, friendly, quality work and no hassles. CONS: None so far! more

Great friendly service 2/7/2006

this is a great local business that is run with intergrity and honesty. Being a woman, I often find myself being sold things that I do not need or trying to get pushed into making repairs that I do not need. This place is very friendly and the people who work there will not push you into something that you don't need. There prices are great and the service is even better. Look here first for your tires! more

They didn't rip me off and fixed my problem in less than an hour. 10/19/2005

I had a bad tire and these guys were the closest bye so i stopped in. They started work on my car in no time which suprised me. They took tire off the rim and then put the tire on a special machine that spun it around or something and then they found a screw that was stuck in it. They then took the screw out and put some glue or rubber in it and then in a few minutes it was back on the rim. I was less then 45 minutes from the time i pulled in the lot and then drove off. The best part was the price was so cheap because i didn't have to buy a new tire and i wonder if i'd gone somewhere else if they'd have told me that i had to get a new tire. PROS: fast and they don't rip you off CONS: does cost money but fair prices more
