Unbelievably rude staff and terrible service! I had an appointment with Dr. Tara Rao, but was denied medical treatment after traveling to the office from a different borough. Upon arrival, I was told that in order to be seen by the doctor they must first have a credit card on file so that they can charge me without having to notify me first (despite the fact that they accept my insurance and there is no copay). When I asked for an explanation, I was told to take my business elsewhere and to "see myself out." I could not believe how I was treated!
