Right the First Time 8/5/2011

Tri-City Roofing does quality work at an inexpensive price. They are always there when they say they will be. They have stellar customer service. They fixed my roof with no problems. If this happens again I will be calling them. They do the job right the first time. more

I think they are professional and do quality work. 8/3/2011

They came out and did some stuff for us and they didn't charge us at all. I think we had some flashing around our chimney which they checked and we thought was causing a leak. They looked at that and said that wasn't the problem and they replaced the tile and there wasn't any charge for that and I thought that was good. I think they are professional and do quality work. more

I can truly say Tri City has outstanding customer service. Their office called to let me know that they were finished and scheduled a time for Greg to come out to give me the invoice and all the rest of the paperwork. We did a final walk through of the roof and I paid Greg. I got a Paid invoice by e-mail an hour later just like Greg said. more

Absolutely Wonderful!! 8/1/2011

Because of how expensive it was going to be to fix our roof, I waited till the last second. When I couldn't wait any longer, a friend who just her roof redone recommended Tri-City Roofing to me. After taking at look at the damage, they quoted me a price which I was very happy with. If I had known it was going to be so low I would've done it sooner! They did a wonderful job! more

Free of charge 7/28/2011

Tri-City roofing did some repair work to our tile roof where we were having leaks. There was another time that they came out and did some work for and us and didn't charge us at all. I think we had some flashing around our chimney which they checked and thought was causing the leak. They looked at that and said that wasn't the problem and they replaced the tile and there wasn't any charge for that and I thought that was awesome. more

Everything Was Well Done 7/7/2011

The foreman on the job showed me the details of the roof and how they were going to do certain parts. He stayed until the inspection was done. They left 2 guys working there and I periodically went up to check on their progress and to make sure things were getting done. The guys were very professional and worked very hard to get the job done.The entire roof was done very well. more

Punctual and Professional 7/5/2011

The property I wanted them to work on is outside of the area that TCR normally operates. When I informed their office that I was referred to them by a previous TCR client, they were willing to bend their rule. Chris came on time to survey the project. Subsequent paperwork and scheduling were conducted efficiently and professionally. On the scheduled workday, both workers showed up on time. more

I had them come clean out my gutters because I was too busy. They did a great job, they cleaned up after they finished, and they left without even bothering me. They told me they would take about 1 hour, and they did exactly to the minute, so I had to tip the guys. more

The job is excellent. 6/22/2011

Tri-City put a new roof on our home and just finished it last week. Approximately 2000 feet. They took the old shingles and replaced them with top quality ones. We are very pleased as we got a great price in writing before hand and the job is excellent. It took 2 days. The men were professional and punctual and worked hard each day. I would definitely recommend this company. They cleaned up all their trash and stuff, too! Thanks guys! more

Great work! 6/17/2011

This company is very responsive. From the start when we contacted them to the initial meeting with the owner. Once we selected them, they were able to schedule the work the same week. The workers came in the first day to remove the old roof and lay the sheathing and underlayment. The next day, they finished installation of the roof. The actual work was completed in two days! Great work! more

We were very happy with the job! 6/17/2011

We had a leak coming through our tile roof. Once the weather broke Tri-City was able to come out and they fixed it immediately. They cleaned up along the way and did a great job handling permits and everything. We were very happy with the job! Thanks! more
