Adam and his crew at Tri City was able to repair my oil pan after another shop stripped the oil plug. Every other shop in the area claimed the oil pan couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced while charging me three times what Tri City was able to fix it. more

Joel and Brad make you feel your a part of the family, they will set you on the bike of your dreams. Whether you're a week end warrior or hard core they know the business. When it comes to knowledge of parts and service, Adam and his staff are second to none. I have done business with Tri City for many years and will always do so. more

Unfortunately, this is not the place you want to go to if you want to hear the truth about the bikes they are selling. The sales person Stu claimed the bike was in excellent condition and that it was a 1200. This kind of information is important when assessing the value of a purchase. Later, we found out it is an 883 and that it had either been dragged or dropped because two days after purchasing the bike the right foot controls and peg completely fell off. Thankfully, we had just left the house and we weren't going fast enough to be killed by the incident. \r \r This brings me to the lie about what they would do. At purchase, my husband asked that if anything went wrong if there was a 30-day guarantee or anything. They told him that they don't have a money-back guarantee but if something went wrong they would be willing to work with us. We went into Tri-City to tell them about the right controls falling off. We were referred to Scott Hansen and he was completely unprofessional to border-line bully. We went in there to understand why they sold us a bike that was over priced for what it really was and also to discuss what could have been a fatal incident with the right controls. His demeanor was extremely unprofessional and his remarks were not only derogatory to us, but also insinuated the poor service and quality that Tri City Cycles offers. I was very disappointed after that encounter. \r \r Later, I was encouraged because the owner of Tri City Cycles called my husband. Only to disappoint me once more by only offering to inspect the bike. Which, Stu already noted it had been, so why would I have them inspect it again if that is the kind of work they do?\r \r The only reason this shop would deserve a ""fair"" in customer service is because a year ago we purchased gear from Tri City Cycles and the gentleman that helped us was actually pretty knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately, I did not see him there because he was the only thing good about that place. \r \r So, if you buy gear from there you might get lucky and get a good retail staff, but I would strongly caution you from buying a bike- buy it from Thunder Mountain which is literally just down the road. The sales team there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS and they aren't pushy if you have an impulse buyer or if you are one. We will be making all of our purchases there from now on even though I like to be diverse professionalism and courtesy go a long way. more

Tri-City has earned my business for life!!! The staff is awesome from sales through the service tech's. I just bought my 2nd bike from them and they use a no pressure sales program. The prices are lower on used bikes than any Harley dealership. The service department has always been fair, professional, and do exceptional work. If something does go wrong they try to make it right with you. I will never by a bike from anyone else nor will I take my bike any place else for service or repair. If you have not checked out Tri-City then you should... You will not be disappointed. 2006 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 Custom. more

I have bought a total of three bikes from here. I would not even think about buying from someone else (Brad was my salesman everytime). They have the best prices on ever brand of used bike. You won't find a better price at any dealership on a used harley. The service department is fair and reasonable that's why my bike always goes there for service. Top notch from sales to finance to service and parts. more
