Excellent SERVICE!. I just wanted to share my personal experience with American Animal Care. As a very concerned pet owner, I've been to numerous veterinary clinics in the past and none compare to the service and medical attention you will receive at AAC; so much that I drive the 15 miles just to pick up my pet food. They treat my pet with the utmost care and always give me their undivided attention. What I really enjoy, which you won't see at many clinics, is that they have very little turn-over with their staff. They know you by name (if you're a regular) and if you're a first-time customer, they still give you excellent service and make an effort to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I've been a customer for about 2 years now, and I've found that the majority of their clientele are return-customers. I stand behind American Animal Care. What a wonderful Vet. I bought a new puppy who became very ill immediately. The vet and staff here were wonderful about his care and followup. I received daily calls to update me on his progress and all the information and phone time I needed to feel good about his stay. They even made time for me to visit with the dog. Wouldn't use anyone else 8/27/2013

my family and i have been at this vet for over 20-some years, and know of other customers whom i've made small talk with who have been there longer!!! the doctors are gentle, the technicians/dr. assistants very knowledgeable, and the girls at the front-desk are always over-worked, but very sweet. they make an effort to not over-charge (as most animal hospitals do) but give your pet the extensive medical care he/she needs! i wouldnt dare use anyone else (and trust that i have visited other places, to find no comparison) more

down to earth veterinarian 8/24/2013

Dr. Sal is a down to earth veterinarian who really cares about his patients. He doesn't try to upsell you or make you feel like a bad parent. Prepping yourself for waiting up to an hour (ex. full cell phone battery, book, dog treats, snacks, etc.) will make it a better experience. And you'll be happy you didn't spend $$$ at another, less personable hospital. Our long-time family dog has the potential to make us broke with his horrible allergies but coming here has kept him under control within financial reason. more

Took my 4 week old puppy and had a good visit. the receptionist was nice and so was the assistant which was a male . Dr. Salwan was very polite even talked about other experiences with animals, he made me feel very comfortable and he gave me good advice . he also said i could call them anytime if i have any concerns or question's. the consultation was reasonable with the stool sample and then i just payed for the medication. he looked at the stool sample while i was there and then told me what he would be giving my puppy. gave me instruction's on a separate paper and told me when to come back. i will definitely go back ! the service and fees were reasonable and the facility was nice as well.\r more

I am happy I found this clinic 8/21/2013

I was referred to this Vet. I had a Bearded Dragon lizard with blood in his poop and had stopped eating. It is very difficult to find a Vet who treats reptiles. I liked the fact that I could come in without an appointment and the girls at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The prices were quite affordable. The Doctor took his time with me and I didn't feel rushed even though they were getting ready to close. I found him to be knowledgeable with the care my Dragon would need to get better. I am happy I found this clinic and would have confidence in returning. more

We started coming here a while back because one night my son's rats had a terribly swollen paw....their regular evening hours are until 9pm...so we did not get charged an emergency rate. The place is nice and big, clean, nice office, and we do receive good care at a fair price. We've taken our last two dogs here regularly. Tonight our dog got a check up and her shots and we were in and out of there in about 20 minutes and that was without an appointment. I recommend this vet to all my friends.\r more

The vets here are wonderful. The staff is great, too, and the dogs just love them. The people at this clinic have always been helpful and supportive when I have had animal emergencies. The price is not out of line for the Fremont area.\r more
