Unfortunately I am working in an office building managed by Transwestern. Property manager Sharon creates a hostile, unprofessional working environment here. She is on a power trip with her position & we get many threats & warnings for violating all sorts of imagined rules that she makes up on a whim. \r
I had a client visit our office & was told they were verbally attacked by Sharon. All my client did was smoke a cigarette too close to the building using the ashtray provided by the building. My client was horrified when Sharon screamed at her asking where she worked, telling her how horrible she was. My client does not work in the building & there are no signs to specify the smoking rules. This was embarassing for me to have my client so upset over Sharon's behavior.\r
Do not lease here unless you want your car towed. If you park in visitors parking at all, Sharon will call & have your car towed. How she can tell an employees car from a visitors car is unknown, but basically any car parked longer than 20 minutes is at risk.\r
Do not lease here unless you want your personal belongings stored in the locker facilities ceased. Sharon is anxious to get a bolt cutter and break into the lockers if there are items in one that are not specifically assigned to an employee in the building. So beware, do not use the lockers for even a day unless you have her permission. \r
The maintenance men here are perverts. One man constantly knocks on the doors of the bathrooms in the middle of the day, apparently stocking toilet paper, but the cleaning crew comes at night so we don't know why he wants in the bathrooms.\r
The elevators are scary. They shake, make noises, and people often get stuck in them for hours. An office building is supposed to be a place of business. Transwestern, with the help of their obnoxious manager Sharon just make it a place we want to leave. Contacting corporate doesn't help as they do not respond or care how their managers behave. DO NOT RENT FROM TRANSWESTERN!
