Best spa ever 2/27/2011

First let me say its gorgeous inside. So warm and very inviting. The front desk girls were so friendly and professional. I got a comfy robe and slippers to lounge in this toasty room by the fire place. I never seen so manny snacks at a spa before .I ate chocolate and fruit sipped hot tea. How exciting then i got my massage and then i was in heaven. Christina was so professional best massage i ever had in my life. The mani and pedi was relaxing as well as the room was divine . what a great time. I will return and bring my friends. The pries are so affordable for this economy and the service was unbeatable great staff amazing team. more

GREAT place! 4/21/2009

The first time I visited TEDS was for my bachelorette party in 2007. I had the La Stone massage and came out like puddy! It was wonderful. The second time was last w/e I had a mother/daughter day with my Mom and it was her first time at a spa. We were in heaven. The services were great, the lunch fantastic. We felt pampered and so very relaxed. Will be going back next month! Pros: soooo relaxing Cons: none so far more

worst manicure 7/17/2008

When I entered the spa I was greeted by a couple of very friendly women. They had me pay for my services and showed me to a room where I could change into a robe. There were lockers for clients belongings which was a good idea. They offered me tap water or tea while I waited. First I had an hour massage. The girl was bubbly and very young (21 years old). She did not ask me any questions, just had me layt down and she got to work. Once on the table she was very chatty. She did not stop talking about her boyfriend and her church the entire time. It was hard to really relax, even though she was nice.\r Next was my manicure. This was the worst of my life. It was painful! The young girl jabbed at my cuticle and scraped under my nail and I shouted out in pain. She laughed and made light of it. She continued to cut my nail on my thumb so short that it actually needed a band-aid! Days later my finger tips were still in pain and even swollen. Do NOT see Nicole for a manicure! I will not go back. Pros: friendly and bubbly girls Cons: painful, inexperienced staff more
