Trader Joe's is good. 10/16/2009

Trader Joe's is not my favorite all natural grocery store but it's not bad. The store is small but very inviting. The staff is polite. They have a lot of good products. I got some sugar, good olive oil here. The only thing I disliked was their dried fruits. I don't come here often because of it's location but I like Trader's Joe's but not more than Whole Foods. Truereview here to tell you the truth. more

Trader Joe's is awesome, even in Arlington 5/16/2006

Despite its smaller size, the Arlington Trader Joe's has a solid selection of the classic Trader Joe's fare that shoppers have come to know and love. A full range of produce, plus a wide array of frozen foods are available alongside the standard canned goods, sauces, chips, and so on, although the selection on the latter items is a bit less than you might find at other stores. Parking in the small lot can be difficult during busy hours, since TJ's shares the spaces with a Starbucks and a Walgreens. more

Convenient, If Dry 5/13/2006

The Arlington Heights Trader Joe's is good if you don't feel like braving Memorial Drive and you don't require alcohol - Arlington is a "dry town." But for the basics like pet food, bulk dried fruits, cheap packaged salad greens, and the infamous Trader Joe's frozen foods, this location is just fine. It's open only until 9 so don't get caught. Always, always busy with a horribly configured parking lot, so come in the last half hour before closing or take the bike path (it has a bike stand right behind the Trader Joe's, with a stairwell leading to the parking lot). more

Smallest TJs around, but Still Nice 4/22/2006

This is the smallest Trader Joes I've been to in the area (and I've been to most if not all). Since Arlington is a dry town, they also do not carry any alcohol here (sorry, no Three Buck Chuck here). Having said all of that, this is still an enjoyable experience, and they carry most of your usual TJs favorites. Since it's small they also have quite a small fresh flower selection. The staff here is friendly and tries to make your experience a pleasant. Perhaps due to the small size (or perhaps because I only ever go there mid day weekday) they don't seem to have as many tastings or samples as other locations. The parking lot is also a bit cramped, though if you're patient you'll get a spot. Gotta love Trader Joes. more
