TPM is the worst company out there. Angela cook, one of their managers, is ridiculously disrespectful. She doesn't know how to keep her tenants happy and treat them like a joke. She is unprofessional and she should not have a job. I wouldn't recommend TPM to anyone. I was treated very poorly. Their units are cheap but you'll suffer miserably if you allow yourself to do business with these crazy liars. more

TPM is the most dishonest and flat out unethical rental company in Utah! They will not assist you in selling your contract despite paying them their $100 ""contract sale fee"". They will also charge you ridiculous amounts for anything they can find when you move out, even if it's due to normal wear! Do yourself a favor and don't rent from these crooks! Oh and their ""property manager"" Gina is an absolute piece of work! more

We rented a town home from TPM for 4 months. The town home was in less than stellar conditions. The carpets smelled horribly of wet dog and were dirty, the overall home was not clean. Were are problems really were was when we moved out. TPM charged us for a month's rent in which we did not live there. We had given them a well over 30 day notice of our movement, but still was charged for an extra month. We never received a phone call or the two statements they claimed to send us. We were sent to collections for an error on their part. They also charge erroneous charges for repairs that were already broken when we moved in and an astronomical charge for cleaning carpets. I would NEVER recommend TPM to anyone. They are difficult to work with and will do anything to nickle and dime you. This is a horrible company to do any business with. Do not rent from TPM! more

I am on social security disability! I have friends who rent from TPM (which is sort of the 900 lb gorilla of Provo Property Managers. Most of them have maintenance problems, including lack of heat in cold weather. I am on disability because of late onset multiple sclerosis with narcolepsy symptom: this means that I CANNOT hold a regular, 9-5 job, because I fall asleep on it! When I found a ""perfect"" apartment for me, I was told I could NOT get the apartment without a cosigner! I could understand this were I 22, but I am 62, and receive $990 per month in disability, and am eligible for Section 8 Federal Housing. I was told that this is ""company policy"" for anyone on Social Security (either retiree or disabled) since one is NOT a ""9-5 wage slave"", it also applies for anyone who is NOT working for a company (read: ""self employed entrepreneur""). I checked with a lawyer and I was told that this MIGHT be a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act. I did not ask whether they may also be violating Age Discrimination Laws, but it is another possibility. At any rate, a complaint is being filed against them with the Utah State Labor Commission, on competent, legal advice! This bunch may easily find themselves facing Federal Discrimination Charges... more

Do not do business with this company. It is not worth it. My husband and I rented a house from them in Pleasant Grove. The rent was very cheap, but the house was very small and very old (it was built in the early 1900s). It was impossible to get ahold of maintenance, even when you called the emergency line (it was usually at least a week before you could get ahold of anyone). The maintenance was never sufficiently repaired (we had someone visit 3 times for the same issue). Then, when we moved out, they refused to send us a proper bill and instead stuck the next tenants with our debt. We (and the new tenants) have hired a lawyer to correct this, but TPM is still refusing to comply. They are utterly incompetent, and should be taken out of business. Please don't do it. I lived in different places managed by TPM and I have to say that they have a terrible organization and bad service. They never make sure that the apartments are clean or that evething works as it should. They were supposed to clean the carpet and didn't, fix the front door and the toilet and didn't, make sure everything in the appartment was ok before moving in and they didn't. \r \r The lady in the office is extremely rude!!\r more
