Review content:
Do not do business with this company. It is not worth it. My husband and I rented a house from them in Pleasant Grove. The rent was very cheap, but the house was very small and very old (it was built in the early 1900s). It was impossible to get ahold of maintenance, even when you called the emergency line (it was usually at least a week before you could get ahold of anyone). The maintenance was never sufficiently repaired (we had someone visit 3 times for the same issue). Then, when we moved out, they refused to send us a proper bill and instead stuck the next tenants with our debt. We (and the new tenants) have hired a lawyer to correct this, but TPM is still refusing to comply. They are utterly incompetent, and should be taken out of business. Please don't do it. It isn't worth it.
