How frustrating! Had a coupon with a date and after a long time spent picking out my item the cashier insisted it wasn't a coupon. I kept telling her it is and hadn't expired yet. I got home and looked it over good and sure enough it is a coupon.I'm glad I did not make my purchase. Store needs coupon training. more

I rarely go to toys r us for toys. I know the selection is great and prices are competitive, and yeah you can get a really awsome deal, but the customer service is lacking. Let me express that the good must suffer for the bad. I went in and bought a few things, I notice that the hanna montana CD I was buying was ringing up regular price. I mentioned this to my cashier who went and got her manager. The manager said to me, "what is the problem?". She motioned to me like I had a problem. I told her, "I am sorry is there a problem?" the cashier said nothing. I said my CD is ringing up wrong. MGr went to check the price and the cashier told me, "I don't have time for all of this". WHAT?? U DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR JOB? She said I am sleepy! While she scratched her head. The cashier the CS rep of the store told me she did not have time for this. Oh poor Toys R Us, look what they have to hire. more

Toys R Us is a great place to just walk around in to see what is new on the market. They carry all the new release toys and games. If your looking for that special birthday gift you are sure to find it here. The selection of video games is the best in town and the staff is always happy to help you. more

Toys R Us has it all. This is the largest toy store in the area and I would suggest you shop there over Walmart and other stores with toys simply because they carry it all and have reasonable prices. They also have items that are only at their stores. employees are very helpful in locating items for you. They can assemble larger items if needed. They have wonderful sales and clearance items. more
