I rarely go to toys r us for toys. I know the selection is great and prices are competitive, and yeah you can get a really awsome deal, but the customer service is lacking. Let me express that the good must suffer for the bad. I went in and bought a few things, I notice that the hanna montana CD I was buying was ringing up regular price. I mentioned this to my cashier who went and got her manager. The manager said to me, "what is the problem?". She motioned to me like I had a problem. I told her, "I am sorry is there a problem?" the cashier said nothing. I said my CD is ringing up wrong. MGr went to check the price and the cashier told me, "I don't have time for all of this". WHAT?? U DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOUR JOB? She said I am sleepy! While she scratched her head. The cashier the CS rep of the store told me she did not have time for this. Oh poor Toys R Us, look what they have to hire. more
