The sales man's attitude and personality was great. We instantly felt comfortable with Conrad. He did everything possible to satisfy our experience at Toyota of Santa Barbara. Not one question was overlooked or forgotten, he even called a few days later to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. He was great!! more

My time here was completely hassle free. I had the best sales guy who was very friendly, enthusiastic and quick to respond. I was also offered me the best price too! more

I felt very comfortable and confident with the people we worked with, and the decisions we made. The fact that there was no back and forth negotiating was great. The price was decided on before we arrived and they honored the price we agreed on. more

I liked the fact that I was never hassled. They helped me with my choice that I had in mind when I came in. When I said that i would return in a day or so to look again, no one tried to hassle me about buying right away. They are a very unique dealership!! more

The commercials are right 10/10/2011

You know how they say "The best new cars make the best used cars"? Well, Toyota of SB made that statement 100% true when I went there, shopping for my first Toyota. I had an SUV that I loved, but hated the poor gas mileage and expenses that came with it getting older. I got a used Toyota RAV4 that I really like! My dad, who is a mechanic, went with me to buy the car. He was impressed at how well the car had been taken care of, as well as the low mileage that was on the car. He said I should buy the car because it would gone if I left without it. I am so happy I listened to him. more
