My first time there and they were awesome! I'm afraid of the dentist and Ms. Dawn was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I'm glad to have switched to them! more

I started using Towne Centre Family Dental a few years ago after many years of not going because I had two bad experiences and was afraid of going. I chose them because they had come to do a presentation to the children at the preschool where I worked. I figured if they were patient and kind with young kids, they would be patient and kind with me. I had a very bad root canal that needed to be done. I saw Dr. Dawn, I told her right away I was scared. She took the time to explain everything, she listened to my fears, and stopped many times during the procedure to make sure I was okay. I now go every 6 months, and actually enjoy going! Everyone is so nice, the new design of the office is beautiful! I am so happy I decided on Towne Centre Family Dental!! more

From the receptionist who booked my appointment over the phone to everyone in between,the service was great! So professional and down to earth. This made it comfortable for me to ask questions and feel @ ease during my cleaning.I wish all my appointments were this pleasant! more

Dr. Al and Jen, who I always request as my hygienist, both do a tremendous job. I feel totally at ease and in great hands. In addition, the office staff is professional, pleasant and incredibly helpful. Overall, a great place. more

Beautiful new office 12/2/2011

Just came back from a cleaning with a new hygienist at familydental. She was very gentle and hand scaled me only because I told her that I don't like cleanings with the cavitron. Marta did a great job. I love this dental office. They have 5 hygienists so you can always get a convenient appointment. Always friendly staff. Dentists are great. more

Crown Work 12/2/2011

I hate going to the dentist, but Dr Lauren is gentle, understanding and is very knowledgeable. She took her time, made me feel comfortable and even when she stepped away for 5 mins, Alan, her assistant, was never far away. He came back several times to make sure I was ok. I've been going to this office about 16 years and everyone is very friendly. I would never consider going anywhere else more

Urgent Care 11/27/2011

My family has been coming to Towne Centre since 2002. Recently, I needed an urgent appointment and left a message late on a Friday night and at 8:00AM on Saturday I received a call telling me to come over and they would fit me in. Within 20 minutes I was on my way. Customer service has always been top priority and it shows. Love them! more

What a great dental office. The smiling faces that greet you when you walk and the professionalism by all of the employees, this office is 5 star! The cleaning was through and painless...everything in my treatment plan was explained in terms I could understand...makes me wonder what took me so long to find this place! more

I was always afraid of the Dentist, until my experience with the Towne Centre. Dr Ignacio is wonderful, I had a filling and extraction without any pain, and it was done in about 20 minutes. It was a pleasant experince... I will recommend him to everyone. more

Excellent service from every level. 11/16/2011

My wife and I have been with Dr Al since before Towne Centre. All 5 of our children were seen by Dr Al from when Jennifer was still there, All 5 of our children remained with Dr. Al into their adult lives until 2 of them moved away. Today along with my wife and I, 3 of them along with their spouses and children remain with the best Dental organization that I have been made aware of in my 63 years. Through the years we have referred many extended family members and friends to Dr Al, and were never sorry that we did. more
