First Appointment 9/25/2011

Just went for teeth cleaning. Dr. A sat me down and explained his practice and even took me on a cooks tour of the new construction. He then examined me and I had my teeth cleaned by an excellent hygienist named Kerri. Very satisfied! more

changing your gloves 9/20/2011

I have one complaint. When the hygienist puts the latex gloves on she should be ready to start the teeth cleaning process. My hygienist put the gloves on and then was opening and closing drawers as well as leaving the room and who knows what else she touched with the same gloves! I had to ask her to change her gloves when she finally started to clean my teeth. My feeling is when the gloves are on don't touch anything else but the patient. If you do, you should change the gloves. more

They're always friendly and I rarely have to wait but their charges compared to other dentists in the area are so astronomical I had to switch to someone more affordable. They're definitely in it to make money more

Although the office is under construction, the staff did a great job of making the visit a pleasant one. Amy was my hygienist. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the entire staff seems genuinely interested in your dental health. Seems like a great place to work -- everyone is so happy. more

Family visits can't be better 9/8/2011

My family of 5 have been going here for over 5 years now. They have handled routine cleanings, checkups, corrective dentistry and cosmetic dentistry without any discomfort or delays. My children actually love going to the practice! The staff is amazing. more

Appointment 9/7/2011

I had an appointment with a specialist today (9/07). I was there for over an hour and no one came to the waiting room to tell me why there was such a long wait. I finally said something and was told another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I left. Time is money, especially in my business. I lost 2 hours today waiting and driving to and from your office. more

Each time I visit Towne Centre Family Dental I am more and more impressed by the attention and personal care I receive. Oral health is an integral part of our general health. And, as a female, I recognize changes that have occured during my health, especially at menopause. I am comfortable knowing that I have always been alloted ample time to discuss any concerns with the dentists, as well as hygienist, and they will give me a thorough exam and diagnosis to help identify and eliminate potential problems. more

I only have one complaint about the dental hygienist that worked on my teeth. Her beauty is such a distraction that the whole world around seemed to disappear. While this made the dental process seem to go by in seconds. My daily thoughts are haunted by her radiant image. I never imagined that a smile from someone could make me feel this way. more

Dentist Fear Over-come 8/5/2011

The facility was clean and bright. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Of course, I prefer the Towne Centre location because it's so much closer for me - but I'm glad I got to see the Bridgewater-Raritan office! more
