After years of neglect, I found myself visiting Dr. Cross in March due to an abcess. I went in expecting to be berated, as I had been years ago by another Ft. Worth dentist that is supposedly amongst the ""best of the best"" in cosmetic dentistry. I could not have been more wrong. Dr. Cross and his staff, especially Kim (dental assistant) have been friendly and compassionate all the way through. I've found myself back there every three weeks or so due to the amount of work that needs to be done (several crowns). Obviously, dental insurance covers only a small portion but the out of pocket is very reasonable and in many cases is less than half that of some of the ""fancy"" places. True, the office lacks oak and leather, but that is not what I want to pay for in the first place.\r
