IT HAS BEEN YEARS SINCE THEY WERE USED, AND THEY STARTED CONTACTING ME FOR PAYMENT, HAD TO GO TO BANK GET COPIES OF CHECKS THEY WERE GIVEN AND THEY HAD CASHED. THEY HAD ME BILLED FOR A HOUSE THAT I HADN'T LIVED IN , IN OVER A YEAR. THEY CARE COMPLETE AND UTTER THEIFS AND SHOULD BE TURNED OVER TO THE SHERIFFS DEPTS. more

ZERO STARS Charged for services not rendered. Lost our check then billed us a late fee. No return calls, or emails. Lies and deception is evidentially how they work. I saw them drive up to our house, look out their window, then drive off. Then I got billed for a mow service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE more

I wish I could give these people 0 stars. I have never encountered a more unorganized and unprofessional company in my life. They performed services that were never requested, they did a poor job mowing (one occasion in particular being the day after a huge rainstorm, so obviously the grass was not cut uniformly) and it is almost impossible to reach anyone through phone or email. I left several voice mails before receiving a call back and when I finally got someone on the phone I requested to cancel my services after first confirming that my account was fully paid and up to date. I was told that my account would be canceled and I even sent a follow up email just recapping the conversation that I had with them. As you can probably guess, not even one week later I come home to find that they came out again! I immediately tried to call them and have left 3 voice mails since this time with no response and to top it all off, I just received an Invoice today from these jokers. Heed my warning and find someone else to take care of your lawn. more

Unfortunately I've been a client of this co. for 3 years. They've charged me for services performed that I NEVER ASKED FOR (they said they came & trimmed my bushes 2 days after my husband had done it himself!), and seemed to show up to mow 'when it was convenient for them,' even when the grass is wet! What a joke! The mowing teams use those riding mowers that dig huge chunks out of your grass, & then when u call to complain it's a big inconvenience for them to come out. I can't help that their mowers can't do their jobs. Chad is very rude & his wife Sheree takes the cake...she acts like she has much better things to do than talk to you when you have a concern. We were charged $16 for them to come out & do some touch ups on some spots they missed that didn't even require a mower & then they tried to say it was due to the type of grass we have. Give me a break!!! We got the $16 credited to our account yesterday, then today the mowers show up without any notice & mowed! Our back gate was locked so I'm not sure how they got back there, but in our opinion it was trespassing as we didn't know they were coming & didn't authorize the mow. So that's how they decided to recoup their $16.00 that they credited to our acct on 6/3 plus get an additional $14.00 from us...Chad is a sneaky & underhanded businessman. I wouldn't trust him with anything. I thought things would change & that's why I stayed w/them for so long...but no more. I know there are reputable companies out there that would love to have my business. This place should be closed down. Buyer beware... more

Do not call these guys!!! Chad is the biggest jerk! They set appts with you then decide not to show up because"" they had a bigger job opportunity come up"" Which would be fine if they would call and let me know so I am not waiting on them for 4 hours!!! I am honestly they are still in business! Horrible customer service and they are even charging me for the service that they didn't even show up for!!! more

I called these guys In the beginning of the month of march to talk about prices and services. I thought wow finally have found a company who can do it all. Fert, Mow, Trim my shrubs, Also Trim my Trees! I was given prices over the phone for all the services except the trees, the owner would need to come out and give a est. Chad came out we talked about the trees, he recommended we raise the canopy and thin the trees out to maximize sunlight so the grass will grow to full potential. The firs cleanup was done and the following week the guys came out to do all the tree work. To let everyone know we are very pleased with this company and would recommend to any family members, or church members, also fellow employees. Thanks top to bottom more

Terrific Service-BEST in DENTON!! I've been with Top to Bottom for over 8 years. They have provided lawn, fertilizer, and tree service for my home and all of my rental properties. Once during a routine mowing my rear window in my Yukon XL was shattered. I was out of town, Top to Bottom called and explained the situation. They then replaced the rear glass at a cost of over $250.00 by close of business the same day. Chad and the staff at Top to Bottom are honest and have integrity. Recently, I had issues with broken limbs on trees after the freeze. The staff was extremely helpful in getting the limbs cut and taken off of my property. Also, they have made it convenient for me to receive my bill via online monthly billing. In 8 years I have never had a problem or concern with Chad, the workers, or his office staff. I would highly recommend Top to Bottom to any of my friends and/or neighbors. As a matter of fact, me and four of my neighbors utilize his lawn service weekly during peak season. Fraudulent charges for services never rendered have been posted to my account by this company, which they then submitted to collections.\r \r I closed my account over 5 months ago, but they have continued charging me for services (mowing/weed eating) which have NEVER been rendered.\r \r I left a voice mail with the company after I received the first bogus charge and (no surprise) never heard back from them.\r \r Today, I recieved a notice that they have charged me AGAIN for lawn service that was never done.\r \r To make matters worse, they have turned my account into collections and the term, ""Collections/THEFT"" is now notated on my account with them.\r \r I've filed a complaint against Top to Bottom Lawn & Tree with the Better Business Bureau.\r \r I now have to deal with the nightmare of getting these fradulent chrages for services NEVER rendered off of my credit report.\r \r As a side note, Top to Bottom Lawn & Tree rarely, if ever returns phone calls and/or emails. They are unorganized and would consistantly show up on the wrong day of the week, finding my gate to be locked. I was always having to call and confirm the dates that they would be there. What is so difficult about being scheduled to show up every other Monday??\r \r DO NOT hire this company. You'll regret it. Cons: Too many to list....read below more
