Tony's Best Way is very courteous and very customer-service oriented. They determine ahead of time what they are going to do and what I can expect. The workers made sure to educate me about my new floor and how to take care of it. They basically finished the job when they said they would and did a very good job. more

Clean, neat, timely, friendly. 8/17/2012

I had an appointment for Tony's Best Way to clean my leather couch, chair, and ottoman. It was my first time using them, and they explained everything on every step of the way. While they were doing the cleaning, I asked them about setting up an appointment about cleaning my Persian rug and they were able to do it at the same time, I didn't have to make an appointment. Everything came out beautifully, they were clean, neat, timely and very friendly. I like that they are a small family owned business, and I am currently looking for another date for them to come back and set up a carpet cleaning. more

Better than anybody else and friendly about it. 6/18/2012

They were really good. What I liked about Tony's Best Way was when I had first moved into this condo, I had hired a different company to come in and clean. Then they told me they were unable to clean my berber because it was so difficult to clean. When I called up Tony's Best Way, they didn't get it cleaned all the way, but it was so much better than the other company. Also, when I called and talked to them they were very helpful and friendly. more

Neat and timely! 6/7/2012

I keep having problems with my dogs. Tony's Best Way comes and cleans up the spots. I can't really complain. I find that they're neat and timely. They don't leave a mess behind. I found Tony's Best Way on the internet, and I had seen people's comments. They've been in business for a long time. I had used another company for a few years, and the last time I used them, there were no shows. I couldn't deal with them. I just figured that it couldn't hurt! more

Beautiful job! 6/6/2012

Tony's Best Way was very polite and did a beautiful job on the sofa. One little snag we had was that I was talking to the lady over the phone, I got my sofa measured, and she gave me a quote. It was a hundred more than what she quoted me. The gentleman at Tony's Best Way did explain why they had to do a deeper cleaning, but that was the only thing that wasn't fun to hear. We found Tony's Best Way in the Yellow Pages first, and I think I had used them before, actually. They jogged my mind. I used them again because they had done a high-quality job. I would definitely use Tony's Best Way again. They did a beautiful job! more

Some appliances in my kitchen broke so I needed some serious tile cleaning and carpet cleaning. I called Monday but they weren't able to come out till Wednesday which was unfortunate but they did my rug cleaning to which was great. more

The people at Tony's Best Way were really friendly. They explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They made sure I understood everything in the process of getting my carpets cleaned. The receptionist kept me up to date. I have worked in customer service myself, and she was in constant contact with me to make sure I had an overall good experience. The guys that came over were super professional and clean. They were really friendly, and the job was very fast and didn't take very long at all. They were great! more

I have recommended Tony's Best Way plenty of times. About 8 years ago I got a coupon for them and was very happy with the service. I have used them for all kinds of stuff. I was comfortable with them being in my homes and they have always done a really good job. more

I have never been more satisfied with a service. 1/10/2012

I found them on the internet and emailed them. I got a call back from Tony's Best Way and they setup a time to come over. They were there early and they waited for me to show up. It took them about five minutes to replace a small piece of carpet. I did not even know that there was a problem with the carpet after they were finish. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I need to recommend them to anybody who needs them. more

Reliable and accommodating. 12/30/2011

I've used Tony's multiple times. I manage homes in La Jolla, basically large summer or vacation homes, and Tony's has always been reliable. I get them to come when I need them to come, and whatever job I need them to do they are ready to do it. Even if the job is twice as big as I told them on the phone, they are ready to accommodate me. They also have a great cleaning solution. I don't know how they got it, or what is in it, but they usually give you free bottle, and it really is great. more

Tony's Best Way is very good. I've probably used them like 5 or 6 times, and these guys are a just great. They all have great personalities, and they do a great job. They are very service oriented, and they provided a very positive experience. They were very tidy too, so you don't feel like your house is getting messed up by the equipment or anything like that. more

Tony's Best Way Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond. The woman who answered the phone was phenomenal, and they showed up early the next morning. My carpet was spotless when they were finished, and they allowed me to pay in four installments. They gave me a free turkey! They delivered the turkey gift certificate and came and took a picture of the family. It was amazing! more

Good price and good crew! 10/28/2011

We experienced browning in our carpet from the carpet residue because they haven't dried it completely. However, the people at Tony's Best Way are willing to come back out and fix the problem. I've been using Tony's Best Way for a couple of years now. I keep going back to Tony's Best Way because of their good price and good crew. They're willing to fix what's wrong. On the cutting edge of cleaning! 10/25/2011

I really love Tony's Best Way! The way they are different from other companies, is that they really go out of the way to make their customers happy. Also, they are on the cutting edge of how to take care of carpets and stone. They use special products to clean travertine and limestone. Some companies don't know how to clean stone like that and will end up ruining it! I think they have really good people working for them, who are thorough and do a very good job. They also use the best equipment. I think their prices are very fair, not the cheapest, but for the amount of work they put in, I think it's well worth it! more

On a scale of 1 to 5, Tony's Best Way is all 10s! I think they're wonderful! They are the best cleaning company I've ever used. I've had them out here a number of times. I initially hired them because in the phone book it said that they treated velvet and I had a velvet sectional that needed to be cleaned. They were the only ones that knew what to do with that. Then I had them out again after the fire of October '07. The damage from the fir was more than I could handle, so I had them do the cleaning instead and they did a superb job. They're nice, they know what they're doing, and I've never seen them meet a problem that they couldn't fix. more
