I have not eaten in the seafood part of the restaurant (upstairs), but I would definitely recommend the Mongolian BBQ on the first level. I went there with a big group of people, and we all enjoyed making our own food. The stir fry bar is fully stocked and the chefs cook the food in front of you. If you're looking to order drinks, I'd suggest getting the scorpion bowl - but be forewarned: they're deadly and you definitely need a group to drink these.
