I recommended Tom's to my friends, a group of 12 of us went Sunday for a late lunch and we were truely disappointed. The ribs used to be good, meaty and tender. What we got was dry, no meat and tough. We got bones. And for half a slab of ribs you only get 5-6 pieces, little pieces at a big price. The sauce was served out of a squeeze bottle, cold. The food was lukewarm at best. The service was bad, ask three times for a tea refilled. Because we were a large group called a day in advance to make reservations, so a table would be set up. When we arrived they were clueless and we had to wait for them to set up. My friend ordered a baked potatoe...got a dry out cold potatoe that even the butter didn't melt. Bad, bad, bad. Save your money or better yet have your own BBQ at home, it's cheaper, served hot and plentiful.
Pros: Fun wall decorations
Cons: Poor service, little food for the price
