nose piercing repair 12/29/2006

I went in after having had my nose pierced at another location where they crookedly pierced my nose & used a bad piece. The piercer at Tommy T's explained the mistakes they had made & fixed my piercing. I had been pierced with a silver earring stud and it was bent way too short for the length of my nose. The piercer was very helpful & professional. I only wish I had gone there in the first place to have it done! It looks so much better now! more

Hell Yes!!! 12/22/2006

I like the friendly atmosphere. Also the feeling of security I get as soon as I walk in the door. I work at Albertsons and a co-worker recommended I go to Tommy T's to get pierced. I got my septum and I needed a piece that my work couldn't see, so they pierced me with a septum retainer, flipped it up, and I was on my way back to work! It worked perfect. I plan on getting a couple more hidden piercings and I will go back to Tommy T's for sure! more

A great place to go! 12/13/2006

I really like them a lot! They have a lot of merchandise to choose from and their customer service is excellent! I went to get my tongue pierced and I had called around a couple places to check out their prices and Tommy T's had the best price and they also include the aftercare which the other places did not. I had my tongue pierced years ago and every once in a while I would find myself wondering were my piercing was, so I needed to get it pierced again. I just missed it more than I thought. They did a great job. Thanks! more

Very Skilled 12/8/2006

my piercer was awesome. they made me feel totally relaxed both this time and the first time i went there. i went back to have my nose and tongue pierced. i work at the bar at the Hyatt and it is okay for me to have my nose pierced, but i wanted the barbell for my tongue to be more discrete. they had a barbell with a clear ball on top which worked perfect. i will definitely go back to Tommy T's for more. keep up the great work! more

I go to Tommy T's to get all of my piercings. The atmosphere is great, the piercers are lovely and they're so clean with everything! They really care about you and the healing of your piercing. I'd recommend Tommy T's to everyone. Thank you, Tommy T's! more

Back Again 12/4/2006

I got my ears pierced at Tommy T's back when I was 16 - my dad had to sign for me. Dad's cool! Now I'm almost 20 and I went back to get my ear pierced again. At my work they are very strict about what is allowed as far as piercings and jewelry. The piercer's were very helpful in finding the right piece that would meet my job's requirements and still look good. I even brought in my employee manual that has illustrations as to the size restrictions on jewelry. The piercing was very fast, the staff was friendly and if I get another piercing I will definitely go back - although it will have to be something my work can't see! more

Professional and sterile environment, friendly customer service. I've been going to Tommy T's for years. They're the only place to go in Los Angeles. I've had several piercings done there and everything has healed just fine. No infection! That's how a piercing should be. They know what they are doing! more

Great!!!!!! 11/29/2006

My girlfriend and I found Tommy T's driving by on beach blvd. Upon entering we were happy to see a very clean environment with a huge supply of on hand jewelry. We both had questions on genital piercings and were very well answered. With the quality of help Tommy T's offered, I left with two piercings and my girlfriend returned a week later to get hers. I have already recommended them to all my friends. more

High Quality Shop! 11/27/2006

A girlfriend of mine had her lip pierced at Tommy T's and when my cousin and I wanted to get pierced she told us to go there. Service was very friendly and mellow. We were supposed to get pierced this coming February, but we couldn't wait that long! Getting pierced was very spontaneous and a little out of character for me, but I think that is why I wanted to do it. The piercing was fast and the piercer was very easy going which is nice when you are a little nervous. I love it! more

My First Body Piercing 11/26/2006

When I went into Tommy T's it was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. They have as many jewelry cases as Robin's Brothers. It's clean and comfortable. Friendly, courteous staff. That's a plus because I was always kind of nervous about walking into a piercing shop. I like the white room where they do the piercings. It has an old school WWII hospital feel. It's sterile which is reassuring. more

I finally got the back of my neck pierced! 11/26/2006

I've gone into Tommy T's to buy jewelry for my piercings that I've had for several years. I hadn't been pierced in a long time and had been wanting to get the back of my neck pierced. The piercer showed me some different ideas for the style of jewelry that could be used and also a couple of configurations. I decided on a barbell with white gems. The piercer was great! They made me feel totally at ease. Thank you so much for my new piercing!!! more

Tommy T's is Bad-ass!!!! 11/18/2006

It was Valentine's weekend and my girlfriend wanted me to get my ears pierced finally. I had always wanted to get them done, but had been putting off doing it. I got a flyer for Tommy T's while I was in downtown HB. We went in and Tommy T was friendly and helpful. He showed me all the different sizes that I could get pierced with. There was a big selection to pick from. I went for the 8 ga black plugs and when he did the piercing on me it was no big deal. It's been a while since then and I decided to go in and get them stretched...my girlfriend wants me to go bigger, so I'm sure I'll be seein' Tommy again. Thanks man! more

So I had 7 things done! 11/17/2006

I wanted to get my eyebrow pierced for a while and I decided to go back to Tommy T's. They had done an amazing job on my Industrial and my labret, so knew they would take the time to help me with the other piercing that I wanted. I went in for the eyebrow...and I also wanted 6 more ear and cartilage piercings...hey, when I want something done I just do it. The piercer went through several different ideas and options for my jewelry. They always have a variety of different jewelry to choose from, which I love. In the end, all the piercings turned out exactly how I wanted. I think after 7 piercings I am done for a while, but you never know. more

I've only been 18 for 3 days and I just had to get pierced! 11/14/2006

I just turned 18 and I was determined to get pierced. I live in downtown Huntington Beach and I got a flyer from one of their guys, so when I was legal to get my nipples pierced I went right in. The variety of piercings and the selection of jewelry is better than a lot of the other places I've been to. I pierced my own nipples before, when I was younger with a safety pin, and I must say that I didn't know that having a professional do the piercings would be as easy as it was. I recommend having Tommy T's do your peircings over any other shop in Orange County and instead of doing it yourself! more

2 Different Tongue Piercings 10/23/2006

My friend and I decided to get our tongues pierced. I wanted to get my tongue webbing pierced and my friend was going to get her tongue pierced. We called Tommy T's and they were actually closing for the night, but they said to go ahead and come down. The shop is comfortable, there is lots of jewelry to pick from, and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I have a very long web on my tongue and when the piercer asked if I wanted a ring or a barbell I said a ring. The piercer looked at my webbing again, and said that we should do the barbell first and then I could switch to the ring later due to how far forward my web goes. I thought it was cool that they took the time to make sure the piece they were going to use would actually work for me. The piercing was awesome and I have a feeling I will be going back to get something else. more

Great Shop! 10/22/2006

I came in to get jewerly to change out my tragus piercing and I found out that the jewelry I was pierced with at another shop was not good. I've been having problems getting it to heal. The piercer at Tommy T's explained that I needed to switch it out to an implant grade piece which is good because I am allergic to nickel. They helped me with that and also with my belly (which had a piece in it that I was told was nickel-free and found it is an externally threaded tool grade stainelss piece). Tommy T's ROCKS!!!! more

I am from Cypress, CA and my experience with Tommy T's Body Piercing was great. My friend recently got her naval pierced at this location and she recommended Tommy T's. She explained to me that the employees were very friendly and made her feel comfortable, and she was right! I got my naval pierced today and it looks great. more

My gorgeous Diamond nose piercing! 10/20/2006

I like how their store is extremely sterile. I am studying to be a Nurse Practitioner, so I am ultimately concerned with the environment I was going to be pierced in - and I must say I was impressed with Tommy T's. They had a huge selection of nose jewelry for me to choose from. I thought I was going to have to go with a Cubic Zirconia, but they did have a wide variety of real Diamond nose pieces to pick from! I've been pierced at a couple other places, and have never really had a good experience, but I like how Tommy T's specializes only in body piercing. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with Tattooing, but it is comforting to know that body piercing is their main focus. I plan on going back for a couple more ear piercings in the near future! more
