After shopping around and finally deciding on what umbrella I wanted to order for our pool deck, I was told that it would take 4 to 5 weeks. That seemed like a long time but I was willing to be patient to get what I really wanted. I called after 5 weeks and was told that the umbrella should be in their warehouse any day and that I would get a call back soon. I did not hear anything so I called back. That's when the bomb hit. I was told first that my phone number had been lost so they couldn't call me to give me the bad news. Unfortunately, my order was never received by the company. NO UMBRELLA after waiting for 5 weeks and paying half as down payment. I was stunned. How could that happen? The sales person said the company did not receive their fax. They were happy to place the order now and will try to expedite delivery but that it would be another 2-3 weeks, just in time for pool season to be winding down. I cancelled the order. My credit card had been charged but I guess that's it for follow through when Today's Patio places an order. Poor customer service. If you place an order with them, make sure that they actually order the items or you might get a surprise. Better yet, go someplace else.
