Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else! 10/7/2010

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Neil's since 1993. I have always received the best dental care and advice from him and his staff. The front office members are friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to insurance issues. The entire staff is conscientious of my time and comfort. The attention I get makes me feel like I am their only patient. Kudos to Dr. O'Neil and staff--Keep up the good work! more

Customer Service was Top Priority 9/15/2010

I'll be the first to admit, I despise going to the dentist. I have put off going for years because of this anxiety, and bad past experiences. One night, however my bottom tooth broke off, so I knew I couldn't put it off any longer. I emailed Dr. O'Neil's office the same night, and first thing in the morning had an email offering me an appointment that very day. From the time I walked in the office to the time I left, everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and very professional. They all also took the time to listen to my concerns and issues, made me feel completely at ease, and gave me a thorough exam. I'm still not thrilled with going to the dentist, but am encouraged that future appointments will be less stressful, thanks to the comfortable atmosphere and caring staff! more
