2 Fillings 1/5/2010

The dental assistant was very attentive to my needs, tuning the personal television set to ESPN at my request, prior to the procedure. Numbing was done in a 99% pain-free manner, and I was repeatedly asked by Dr. O'Neil if I was feeling alright. Following procedure, the assisant explained how long the numbness would last, and what to do if any pain followed (which it didn't). The next day, I received a follow-up call from the office to make sure everything was okay (which it was). Class-A operation in comfort, professionalism, and customer service. more

Great Urgent Care Visit 12/23/2009

A tooth cracked two days before the Christmas holiday. I was able to get in to see the doctor at noon the day after the crack developed, and the team took complete care of me. Fantastic experience for my first visit. Jill was awesome. Dr. Mike did great too. more
