Review content:
The dental assistant was very attentive to my needs, tuning the personal television set to ESPN at my request, prior to the procedure. Numbing was done in a 99% pain-free manner, and I was repeatedly asked by Dr. O'Neil if I was feeling alright. Following procedure, the assisant explained how long the numbness would last, and what to do if any pain followed (which it didn't). The next day, I received a follow-up call from the office to make sure everything was okay (which it was). Class-A operation in comfort, professionalism, and customer service.
