Great Customer Service! 11/29/2006

I always thought of Titus Will as a standard auto dealer who sold new and used vehicles. The day before Thanksgiving I was driving around and my Dodge Dakota started to overheat (my water pump was going out). I was near Titus Will and decided to pull into their service department to see if they could take a quick look. Not only did they take a quick look at my truck, but within 15 minutes I had a complete estimate of what it would take to get it fixed. The best part is that I had my truck back fixed the day after Thanksgiving! They earned my trust and my customer loyalty. If your vehicle ever needs service, I would recommend Titus Will's Service Department in a heartbeat. more

Love the selection, great salesmen, great cars and trucks 11/10/2005

While shopping around for my future new car I stopped in and loved that the salesmen were available to answer questions but didn't make me feel like I needed to purchase something right away. I recieved 2 cards from seperate salesmen but still didn't feel pressured. Even after test driving one of the vehicles I wasn't pressured. When I do make my decision to purchase a new car I will be going back to Titus Will Hyundai. PROS: large selection, good prices, awesome warrenty CONS: none more

I bought a car! 5/20/2005

If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, these guys are the tops. I got excellent customer service, an extended warranty on my used vehicle purchase, a new stereo put it, and courtesy transportation back and forth to work while they installed it. more
