Great Service, but be sure to verify the best tires for your vehicle with your own research 8/19/2013

My normal shop wasn't able to obtain the tires I wanted and after reading a few online reviews I elected to use Tire Pros as an alternate. Overall I was very impressed with their service. They were able to accommodate an appointment for all new tires within 24hrs and matched the price of a competitive quote I had. Lifetime rotation for the tires was also included which is nice. If I had to caution anything I would say that their team was more in tune to the tires they kept in stock than other tires that were available in the market. In other words, if you do your own tire research you may find a better tire for your vehicle than what they might have on hand. I suspect that would be fairly common for most tire shops though. All in all I'd recommend Tire Pros and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. more

Bad Day 7/31/2013

I took my van in because it was only making a clicking noise when I tried to start it. They quickly found the issue of a loose wire on the starter. They then said that I needed new struts in the rear of my van. I approved the repair and when they when to pull it in there were issues. I something happened and I needed a new starter and new cables to the battery. After paying for all that, a week later I had the same issue. I brought the van back and after leaving it over night. I was told they just had a loose connection. more

Not returning 7/27/2013

I brought my vehicle in for ONE specific problem, and when they were done looking, I was annoyed to find that they had looked at all kinds of things that had nothing to do with the immediate issue, for which I was given estimates that totalled about 3 times what the vehicle is worth, plus I was charged just to have them look and tell me what I already knew was wrong. The staff was courteous, though. more

Full 4 wheel break job and line flush, done in a timely and professional manner on a busy Saturday. One of the managers even gave me a ride home while the work was being done, so I could complete some work I needed to attend to there. Of course we were back to the shop to get our vehicle before I even finished those items. All's well with our breaks. more
