This is in response to the response to Tire Maniacs...\r This woman is an unbelievable lie.\r \r Beginning with her apology, which was ratchet and sarcastic. I did refuse to leave until I spoke to a supervisor, which she refused saying she was the supervisor, then she said the owner was her boyfriend. Finally she allow me to speak to her boyfriend, who was unsympathetic and said, ""Sorry things happen."" After, which she immediately threatened to call the police egging me on, telling me to leave, but she still had my vehicles keys. I overheard her telling her boyfriend/manger/owner, ""Yeah, you know how they are."" She insisted it was about my lever, and not about me.\r \r I advised her to go ahead and call the police, thinking a mediator may help. Then she says, ""Are you going to steal something."" To which I replied, ""What your batteries?"" Then she called the police and told them I said I was going to steal batteries. She falsified a report to make the officer come. I have never been in trouble with the law EVER, but it made no sense that someone would steal something on camera, when she has all of my personal information on paper. I'm far from an idiot. Nor did it make sense to leave after she had lied and told the police I was going to rob the place. There is no telling what she would have said had I left. I recorded the entire incident, unbeknownst to her on my cell phone, all of her snarky remarks, her lying on the autobody shop, her asking me if I was going to steal something, and introducing theft into the conversation.\r \r Rather than sue and pay court costs for the hundred dollars to repair my vehicle I made an economic decision to let it go.\r \r This woman is rude, and unruly. To be honest, I felt it was a racial thing, from the way she spoke down to me, then immediately suggested that I might be trying to steal, which is something I had not so much as insinuated.\r \r The Mexican they had working on my vehicle is not a licensed mechanic, I found this out later, and this is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life, and for her to come back online, give personally identifying information about my vehicle is not only threatening, but it now makes me feel as though i should take legal action against this company. What you have done is slander. If anything I said were untrue, I would have never taken the time to review this company.\r \r Never go here, they are ghetto, incompetent, and rude. Not to mention the lobby is filty, and there is a dirty sofa in it that looks like it came from a dumpster. I waited outside the entire time while they were breaking my vehicle, because I saw things crawling around.\r \r As I said. Never go here.\r more

GREAT PLACE!!! \r \r I love Tire Mania. This is the only place I come for repairs and oil changes. They are always helpful and get me in and out so I don't sit around all day waiting. They have gone out of their way to find me the lowest price on tires and even went and picked up the ones I needed because they weren't in stock so I didn't have to come back.\r This is by far the best place I have taken my car, I highly recommend coming here.\r more

I am posting a response to Mona Symone G. on behalf of Tire Mania.\r \r Mona Symone G. arrived at our shop on 1/8/2013 at 9:30am for an oil change on her VW Beetle. She had just left the Collision Shop across the street after having some collision repairs performed where they told her she needed an oil change because her car was empty of oil. We then pulled the vehicle into the bay to begin our courtesy inspection. At our first attempt to pull the hood release lever inside the vehicle, it would not release. We therefore, could not open the hood to work on Mona Symone G.’s vehicle. We informed her that the hood release latch was not working and then provided her with a quote to repair the broken hood release latch. Mona Symone G. then insisted that the hood latch was working just fine when she had her vehicle across the street at the Collision shop just moments before. Mona Symone G. was upset and demanded that we pay in full for the repairs to her hood latch and that we cover the cost of a rental car for her to commute until her vehicle could be repaired. I apologized and informed Mona Symone G. that we had not broken the hood latch and that I could not cover the cost to repair it. Mona Symone G. then refused to leave until she was compensated for the hood latch. She threatened to take merchandise from the showroom until she felt she was compensated for the damaged hood latch. Since Mona Symone G. would not leave and was threatening to take property, we had no choice but to call the police. more

Never go here. I went to Tire Mania for an oil change, their inept mechanic broke the lever that opens my hood. They claimed it was previously broken, but I had just left an autobody shop were they opened the hood in front of me and told me I needed the oil change, before referring me 2 mins away to this cruddy place. Christina, the manager, even called the auto body shop which verified, that yes the hood's lever operated just fine. Christina tried to tell me that this was a common problem in my vehicle, but I called the dealership, who verified that it was not and in fact one the easiest levers to open. Christina even tried to tell me my auto body shop told her that I tried to blame them for needing an oil change, which turned out to be another outright lie! How can anyone blame an autobody shop who did a great job at repairing the dent to my rear end on needing an oil change. This was her way of trying to set my character up as someone looking to place blame elsewhere. Mania is right! I had to pay over a hundred dollars, which Christina, the manager, and Andy the owner refused to take responsibility for. Andy the owner even told me ""Sorry, but things happen."" Anyone who could do this to a consumer is someone who does not deserve your business. Again, don't ever go here. You have been warned. more
