Very unprofessional service 12/2/2005

After having been a customer of NTB for several years, I understand that the company has gone through several changes of ownership, including having been owned at one time by Sears. Now under Tire Kingdom I have received very poor service on a number of occasions, including the company's going to great lengths to avoid honoring warranties. Pros: None Cons: Bad selection, warranty pblms, bad attitude more
