We went to Tiparos based on a recommendation in Citysearch and wondered why more people weren't dining there. The food is excellent - the place is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. It is a little hard to find on Colorado because the trees obscure the sign but it is well worth the search. The decor is more interesting than usually found in a storefront eatery and the owners don't cut corners with the ingredients: the chicken and meat are good quality and well flavored.
