I recently moved to the area and decided to try this business because of it's close proximity to my house. The first time I went, I specifically asked when my items would return because I needed them for a funeral that I was to attend in 5 days and a wedding in 6 days. I was told they would return within 2 days. On the scheduled return date, the items were no where to be found. On the third, fourth, and fifth days, still no item. I called each day asking where my items were because it was so important. The items could not be located until the following week. I had to wear other clothes that did not match to both the funeral and wedding. No discount of any kind was given even after I asked. Also, every single button on the shirt as broken. Every.single.button. That is pure carelessness. The shirt had never even been worn one time and was ruined. Again, I asked for a discount and none was given. The clerk pointed to the sign that said ""not responsible for damage"". Do not go here. Not only do they damage and/or lose your clothes, they do not offer any discount when they make a mistake.
