Never in my life I have been treated so bad. I tried to exchange something I bought, with receipt, and the owner was extremely rude. Not only she would not honor the exchange, but started to treat me as if I was a thief! What a difference from the day when I spent some money buying gifts in the store... I was in shock. I have travelled extensively and never have been treated this way anywhere else! What's a business without its customers? NOTHING. I would never go back to Tinkys! more

Nice things; not so nice people. 1/19/2009

The manager refused to honor an exchange for store credit for a book that was just bought and in perfect condition. We had purchased the book as a gift from the table on the store. It was returned in the same condition in which it was bought. We were treated very rudely. The attitude was negative with the appearance that they did not care for future business. In this case, they cemented that impression. All the nice things in the world don't make up for a bit of understanding and kindness. Pros: Nice gift items Cons: Very rude and non-caring staff and management more
