I have been a client for Tin Tin since the day It opened, I was always served by Kiki.It was a sunday Destination.on 09/26/10, I took my wife and my daughter to have dinner as usual. While we are eating, one of the clients was carrying hot soup, and he bumped to another client, and spill soup on my daughter clothes and some went to her back , and landed on her skin, she was crying, and little uncomfortable, I haven't heard any apology from any of the employees, or simply some type of sympathy, Simply Ignored. The incident never got reported to the manager. I got up and I went straight to the manager, trying to tell him what happened. He was not concerned, he simply concentrated on finding seats to customers.Ignoring me, no apology of what happened to my little daughter, and sometimes acting like he doesn't understand English. Then allof the sudden exploded with scream when I told him that i need to report this accident, he was not cooperating, he kept screaming and pretend i am attacking. I just told he should be more responsible as manager or owner, to come and show that you care about your customer in case of accident. he simply said I don't care how many times you come here, the bottom line is : pay your bill. Apparently, he kept screaming and all the clients kept looking at him enraged .I told to call the police so we can fill out a report, he kept screaming and screaming, and smirking. Apparently this owner is certainly have some type of psychological problems, because he thinks by screaming I would leave.yes i have left, but i have never left the case of the incident.I just want to share with this sincere and true incident. You should have seen the Greed on his face, and Unhumane feeling. Not even capable to look at my little daughter and apoligize of what happened as a human to human., but instead you thought that i am asking to pay my bill. Because for the last 3 years i was coming to your place I was asking to pay my bill. Hahhh Hahhh. Foolish and Greedy, and Cheap Tin Tin Owner. Shame on you StoneHeart.
