They advertise on all their banners as having the underbody wash. As we travel to the beach, we know this feature is good for rinsing away damaging salts. However, while they show that they perform this during the washing, we checked and there was no underbody wash mechanisms. We spoke with the manager about this and he nervously pawned some lame line about it bring broken and they will get it fixed. Clearly he was busted and others that heard the discussion also felt he was giving a line of bull. They boast this feature, but don't deliver. Besides this dishonest management, the overall service was poor. Not bad for an expensive basic wash, but not a good value.
