I had a complete bath renovation completed by this company. Except for it taking much longer than initially discussed. I am very satisfied by the quality of the work that was completed. All employees who participated in this remodeling were very professional and very conscientious. Every day, the work area was left very clean. Great attention was given to the detail of the work completed. All questions were answered immediately. more

What a nightmare. We hired Tile Works By John to complete our hardwood. The job took 45 days and 2 re-do's to complete. They finally got it right only because they hired a hardwood professional from ANOTHER company. They damaged paint, walls, trim, damaged personal property, clogged up our A/C and froze the unit because they didn't seal the vents, or even shut off the A/C. They didn't protect furniture or seal off areas not being worked on. We have extensive repair work expenses due to the poor workmanship, lack of experience, unprofessionalism and disregard of Tile Works By John. Our family was completely disrupted for way too long. The floors look good now but the frustration was not worth it one bit! I would Never recommend Tile Works By John to do work for anyone, anywhere, EVER! more

Took 3 weeks to complete the job - 2 weeks longer than promised. Always some excuses. The worst thing was that no one would call you and keep you updated. The bathroom looks fine but not worth the irritation. more
