Here's another tip. Don't use these people. They charge for their services in 15 min increments at least in my case. They have mismanaged several of my assets because they aren't qualified to manage them. They have subcontracted the management of those assets to other managers and are charging me for those costs as well. more

When my ex-wife passed away, she died intestate without a will. My teenage daughter was left trying to sort out the legal dilemmas as well as the emotional ones. An attorney friend had recommended Tiffany & Oshea as an outfit that could handle the estate in a professional and timely matter for my daughter. After gaining our trust (and the account) basically all communications ceased. A young intern was put in charge of the account (he had never managed this kind of case before) and he made mistake after mistake. Finally we had to hire an independent attorney to oversee these people, adding more expense and heartache to an already difficult problem. After three years they have still not closed the probate and they continue to foul things up and delay, costing many thousands of dollars more than needed... Oh yes, and they inflated their fee by over 50% based on inflated value for the estate. They are crooked and should be avoided at all costs! more

who regulates this oganization ? how come they benefit so well from from their from their dependent clients ? how come they inherit directly from their clients ??? is there an ethical conflict of interest? maybe someone should investigate .... more

I cannot rate a zero if i could it would be minus 10.. if you are someone worried about your loved one or someone who is worried about how your affairs are going to be handled..i implore do not deal with tiffany and oshea..they are very shady, never list their true address ( the one listed above is a po box at a mailbox etc type facility), are unprofessional and misleading.....they have been holding on to our fathers estate for sometime continually attempting to find loopholes in the clauses of his trust..incurring fees all the while...we do not know how they became involved really but they want us to pay their fees ,we think maybe due to as with others in this area, (if you google enough guaranteed you find several bad reviews on this agency with the most heartwrenching of stories)because of what the family thought was mishandling by the previous estate representatives, well what was going on before they became involved is nothing compared to what these people are doing. now...if we only knew how to even get the court to remove them and to release the family belongings and trust without tying it all up in fees...... that is why we are writing this..please don't go here they do not have anyone's interest except their own in these cases ...a local news team is going to be investigating them..please if you are still unsure watch your local news then make your decision...
