Tidwell Estates Apartments

First the apartments are nice but the landlords don't take care of the apartments. I've lived here for about 3yrs now and hate it and can't wait to move. You request maintenance to be done on the apartment and end up waiting up to 6-9 months for it to get done, then the management blames you because you didn't follow up. The assistant manager is so rude and very disrespectful, she lacks people person skills, she has none what so ever , the residents don't even like to deal with her. The management also has it really bad about listening to other tenants word over your own, they really let hear say be the bottom line, which is really annoying because we are all grown ups, what makes their story anymore valid than mines , I could see if it was children. Well, this complex is not recommended if you have children that you want to learn by example. Some of the residents in this complex play loud music all night long with no regard for thier neighbors. The manager does nothing about this and has gotten numerous complaints. The boys all stand around outside during the day and smoke in front of the small children playing outside, again the manager does nothing. I know that an apartment got the door kicked in and was robbed and the people who did it are still allowed to live on the property to see who elses door they can kick in and rob, they watch the few who work schedules. I would not recommened this property for any one. They say there is an 8 o'clock cufew, this is not true, the apartment manager does not enforce this at all. So in closing I think everyone should know this a very poorly run community and not recommended!! more
