Ticknor Terrace

We have lived at Ticknor Terrace a little over 2yrs. We just renewed our lease as a matter of fact. We like this place, we find it quiet and the people in the office very nice and oh so funny, always have a nice thing to say or a joke or a tease. They treat you like a memeber of family.\r However, I personally have been in the office when someone came in very late to make yet another excuse for not paying rent and bad mouthing the office staff when they walk out because they didn't get their way. We find the rents here very reasonable for this area, but there are some people who want things for free. Do we recommend this place? i have leave there for almost 3 years an di have never leave in the wrost apartments ever, service is bad, managers will treat you good wen they trying to make you move after that you are not their problem.\r guys think about it, and be berry carefull before you move in Pros: price, i guess Cons: water bill between 40 to 60 doll, manager service, sink braks down often, nasty showers more
